Thank you to everyone who submitted. The speaker lineup will be announced after review.

Partner with IDSW

IDSW is run by PERKODI and Indonesia's developer communities. Partners sit in the same hall as the talks: one track, two days, Usmar Ismail Hall.

Last year SerpApi took the title slot. This year is open. We would rather build a package around what you need than sell you a banner.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I submit a talk proposal?
When the call for proposals is open, use the CFP link on this site. Talks can be in English or Indonesian. First-time speakers are welcome.
What kind of talks are you looking for?
Sessions that help developers solve real problems in production: systems architecture, web and mobile engineering, applied AI, reliability, and technical leadership.
What talk formats are available?
We run a single track. Formats and durations are listed in the Call for Proposals section when submissions are open.
When will the speaker lineup be announced?
We publish the lineup on this site after review. Follow our social channels for announcements.
How can I get a ticket?
Use Tickets in the menu or the ticket button at the top of this page. Early bird tickets have sold out; regular tickets are currently available, and allocations are limited.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes, snacks and refreshments are provided throughout both days. If you have dietary requirements, let us know when registering and we will accommodate you.
Is there a refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except if your talk proposal (CFP) is accepted as a speaker. If your plans change, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend. Email us and we will help transfer the name.
What happens if I bought a ticket and my talk proposal (CFP) is accepted?
If your proposal is accepted, your purchased ticket can be refunded. Alternatively, you can choose to transfer the ticket to a colleague or friend. Accepted speakers will be connected with a Liaison Officer (LO) who will assist with the refund, ticket transfer, and event preparations.
Where can I find the latest event updates?
This website is the official source of truth for the event. We also post announcements and schedule updates on our social channels.
What should I bring on the day of the event?
Bring your ticket confirmation and a valid ID for check-in. A laptop is optional for note-taking and hallway discussions. If you have questions before the event, email us at idsw.ticketing@perkodi.org.
Is parking available at the venue, and what is the best way to get there?
Parking at Usmar Ismail Hall (PPHUI) is very limited (under 100 stalls) and partially allocated for EV charging. We strongly encourage public transit: take the LRT Jabodebek to Rasuna Said Station or TransJakarta to Rasuna Said Stop (formerly GOR Soemantri), both located right in front of the venue. If driving, please park at Plaza Festival next door instead of entering the Usmar Ismail gates.
How do I become a sponsor?
Download the sponsorship proposal from the Sponsors section, or email idsw.sponsor@perkodi.org to reach the partnership desk.
